Darpan Magazine, a leading South Asian publication, held their annual awards show with the help of Wild Coast Productions & Event Rentals - Production Division. The scope of the event included: full audio coverage of the venue, lighting for the fashion show, a custom stage with a catwalk, video and power distribution.
Video projection within the smaller venue created special difficulties, but with the help of our trained technicians no is too big or too small. We were able to secure a special 0.8:1 ultra short throw lens allowing for a 9' x 16' Video Screen to be projected from only 13'.
Another problem we run into in many venues is lack of power to run the lighting and sound equipment requested. Wild Coast provided the client with enough single conductor cable (over 2500') to run power from one of our 50kW generators outside the building.
Having the proper equipment, well trained staff and good communications with the organizer are key ingredients for a well run event.
